Facilitating Appreciative Inquiry has traditionally been conducted in-person. Hosting in-person engagements aligns with the Wholeness Principle of Appreciative Inquiry which emphasizes the importance of bringing stakeholders together to stimulate creativity and build collective capacity.
The Coronavirus pandemic, however, forced many to redefine how they work and interact with others. Work environments quickly shifted from in-person engagements to Zoom meetings. As the world continues to operate in digital spaces, how can we successfully facilitate Appreciative Inquiry online so that it remains an engaging, inclusive, and generative process?
Together we will explore how participants can utilize digital spaces to support and advance their practice. This webinar will discuss the opportunities and limitations of digital delivery, considerations for technology selection and implementation, and strategies to shift your in-person exercises into engaging online activities.
This webinar is designed to support participants who possess a basic understanding of Appreciative Inquiry.
This live event will be delivered using Zoom. This virtual session will be recorded and saved for participants who are unable to attend this event. A link to the recording will be provided so that participants can view/listen to the recording at a time that works best for them.
