About Brenda


Brenda M. Rodriguez, MPA, CSC, CPT, PMP, AIFT is an independent consultant specializing in organizational learning and development and program design and development. She is best known for creating learning environments that promote reflection, dialog and shared awareness and action.  She is committed to supporting diverse and inclusive environments, and compassionately engaging communities, teams, leaders, and others using appreciative inquiry and action learning to guide organizational transformation and improved performance and outcomes.  She is committed to a partnership and inquiry-based approach to consultation.She has worked in over 20 countries, is multilingual, and is a U.S. Navy veteran.Ms. Rodriguez provides consulting services in the following areas, among others:
