Angela Greenwald, Ph.D., President of A.I. Greenwald Coaching and Consulting, is an engaging and enthusiastic trainer, facilitator, and coach who brings an energized, strength-based approach to her transformational work with organizations, leaders, and teams. She believes that positive, adaptive leaders can inspire small and large system transformation through their ability to be in the “balcony and dance.”  Her aspiration is to help leaders and their organizations to build upon their strengths to be innovative, successful, and live into the possibilities.

Angela has over 30 years of experience consulting with large and small international organizations in the areas of strategic planning, coaching, leadership and team development, and Employee Assistance Programming using positive psychology and Appreciative Inquiry foundational principles. She has designed and facilitated programs for companies in both internal and external consultant roles in public, private and government sectors, education, law enforcement and faith-based organizations.  Her enthusiasm and experience enable Angela to bring holistic and system-based solutions to diverse groups and situations to achieve the results they desire.

She has held leadership roles in Corporate Operations, Human Resources Leadership Development and Strategic Planning, Employee Assistance and Continuous Improvement, and has led teams in their individual and organizational transformational efforts. Angela was an adjunct Professor in the Psychology Department at Rowen University and has held leadership roles on not-for-profit Boards of Directors and Councils. She has received many awards throughout her career for her commitment and dedication to her profession, to underserved populations, and for community service.

Angela holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Walden University, a Master of Counseling degree from the University of Delaware, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ursinus College. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, is a Certified Appreciative Inquiry Trainer, Facilitator and Coach, Certified Counselor of Mental Health, and she holds a certificate in Organization Design from the University of Southern California Center for Organizational Effectiveness. She is a life-long learner whose vision is to bring innovative, collaborative strategies to improve life.
