Angela Greenwald, Ph.D., brings a strength based consultation approach to change leadership activities for leaders, teams and individuals. She is President of AI Greenwald Coaching and Consulting, where she provides leadership and team development, coaching and consultation services to organizations globally. She has had over 30 years of experience consulting with large Fortune 100 companies, State Law Enforcement, Higher Education and Health Care, as well as small companies in the areas of Executive Coaching, Strategic Planning, Cultural Diagnostics, Team Training and Development, and Employee Assistance Programming. She designs and facilitates programs for both profit and not-for-profit organizations, and her positive, energized approach inspires her clients to clarify and achieve the results they desire.
Angela has held roles in the area of corporate Operations, Human Resources Organizational and Leadership Development, Health and Wellness, Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement, and she led global programs which focused on leader and employee health and productivity. Her collaborative and positive approach enables Angela to bring holistic and system based solutions to diverse groups and situations. Angela was an adjunct Professor in the Psychology Department at Rowen University and has held many leadership roles on not-for-profit boards of directors and councils.
Angela holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Walden University, a Masters of Counseling degree from the University of Delaware, and Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Ursinus College. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, is a Certified Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator and Trainer, Certified Counselor of Mental Health, and she holds a certificate in Organization Design from the University of Southern California Center for Organizational Effectiveness. She is also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
