How To Host An AIFT© :
We are seeking host organizations throughout the world for four-day Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator Trainings. Host organizations receive two complimentary registrations for a training held on their site in exchange for, at no charge, our ESSENTIALS.
We will need a contact person for catering/contracting for reasonably-priced Continental breakfasts, breaks, lunch (simple but healthy fare) that we will pay for; the name of at least one reasonably-priced hotel/motel close to the training site. Highly desired is a shuttle to and from closest airport to the hotel/motel, and a shuttle back and forth to the training site or within an easy walk of campus. Need name of closest airport and low-cost airline, if available.
Host organizations may limit the training to people at their organization or it can be open to others. If it is open, we need help promoting the training.

The Essentials:
- A pleasant learning environment all day, all four days (windows, good temperature control, breathing room--real and psychological--among and between tables). Lots of wall or window space for posting flip chart paper. U.S. locations need to provide room for a minimum of 24 people. Minimum size in other locations is determined case by case. Maximum size depends on the room, but 50 or more is possible. We will need Building, Training Room number, and parking information.
- Room set up: tables to seat six people at each table (round preferred) arranged so that all chairs are facing the front of the room, plus extra tables for groups when they form groups of four, plus one rectangular table up front for trainers. Equipment needs include: an LCD projector, a VCR player that will connect to your LCD projector, excellent external speakers (if your LCD projector doesn't have excellent built-in speakers), large screen, extension cord and power strip, CD player, one large flip chart stand for each table of six plus one for trainers, lots of flip chart paper, multiple-color felt pens, blue tape and, for large trainings, one or more portable microphones. Trainers will provide a portable laptop computer.
